Surrealty Corporation of Dallas was created in 1981 by Mark Arthur Shekter. Mark is also the owner of Graphic+Design+Group+International. Founded in 1971, Graphic+Design+Group+International is a nationwide residential design firm specializing in unique upscale individual residences and multi-family projects.

Surrealty was created to enhance the capabilities of the design firm so that assistance could be given to find the perfect site for their clients' residence or multi-family project. Since that time, Mr. Shekter has been instrumental in land assembly in many areas of Dallas.
